(30/05/1999) An abandoned granite apple crusher or edge runner lying on the ground on the S slope of Haytor Rocks. The stone is trigged into a working position and has a diameter of 1.4m. It has been worked to a thickness of 0.3m. A broken off segment lies on the floor beside the stone and was clearly the cause of its abandonment.
