Visited on 12th September 1978. one of four hut circles in poor condition.

Visited on 8th August 1988.Hut circle 'iii' at SX 61087644. A hut circle levelled into the slope with 0.6 metres high front and backscarps. It measures 3.9 metres by 3.8 metres internally with a ragged wall, up to 1.1 metres wide and 0.2 metres to 0.3 metres high. A well defined entrance is flanked by large boulders, there is no evidence of inner facing slabs.

Prehistoric settlement includes a cluster of at least five stone hut circles. The stone hut circles survive as circular banks surrounding an internal area which varies between 2.4 metres and 5.2 metres in diameter. The height of the surrounding walls vary between 0.3 metres and 0.6 metres and four of the huts have visible doorways.
