A narrow trackway lined with boulders climbs up from the river terrace across the slope and through the trees. The trackway is approximately 0.5m wide and runs for around 30m. The track would have provided access to the vermin traps and pillow mounds for the warren workers.
The track is important in a local context. The track should be kept free of saplings and scrub vegetation. The area should be excluded from areas of new planting.
