Summary
On the late nineteenth century historic map, this small field plot was not forested. Walkover survey visit in 2005 recorded that low stone boundary walls survive although in places they have collapsed.

SX 71777212 Field boundary in fair condition.
The Ordnance Survey map of 1886 shows that this small field plot that was not forested. Low stone boundary walls survive although in places they have collapsed.
These walls are locally important as they indicate changes in land use history. The walls should be kept free of saplings and scrub.
