Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
The Tithe Map depicts a small square shaped farmhouse at Over Brent; 408 on the South Brent Apportionment: 'Dwelling house, other buildings, yard and c.'

The late 19th century historic map shows the house unchanged from the Tithe Map depiction, although there is an enclosed area to the north (garden?) and some sort of pathway depicted at the western end of the house.
