Full description
British Museum, 2023, Portable Antiquities Scheme, 2023, PUBLIC-13B448 (Website). SDV365320.
(Found 2017) A Post-Medieval cast copper alloy pot foot, probably dating to AD 1500-1700. The fragment is sub rectangular in plan and D-shaped in cross section, with a flat back and convex front. The front is cast into five longitudinal ribs with a thick, corded transverse collar dividing the leg from the foot.
