(Found 2014) Incomplete cast copper alloy sword belt hanger, missing its hook at one end, with openwork decoration in the form of a trefoil plate with three apertures: two teardrop-shaped and one heart-shaped. Read (2008) illustrates a similar example of a hooked strap fitting with a trefoil openwork plate on page 232, No.828, which is dated from the 17th century. See record for full detail.
