Full description

British Museum, 2023, Portable Antiquities Scheme, 2023, DEV-EC2260 (Website). SDV365320.

(Found 2008) Prehistoric flint fragment, dating to the Mesolithic period. The fragment is of a unifacial blade which has been retouched around the edges. The blade has been snapped at one end. The flint is of a pale grey-brown colour with white flecks. Retained by finder.
