Full description
Bayer, O. J. + Griffith, F. M., 2021, Prehistoric Monument Complexes in the Lower Exe Basin, 17, Figs 8-10 (Article in Serial). SDV365335.
Elements of at least one relict natural water course can be seen running approximately north to south across the western side of enclosure MDV1279. The feature extends beyond the survey area where it can be clearly seen on Lidar data. It is possible that amorphous anomalies underlying the southern edge of the enclosure may be part of a similar feature.
