A handsome three storey brick building with decorative yellow and red brick dressings. The frontage is not symmetrical and has an arched passageway through to the rear of the building at the downhill end. The ground floor is divided into two shops with decorative brick pillars and patterned tiled entranceways. On either side are doorways to the upper floors. The first floor has an asymmetrical 5 window front with three single and two decorative bow windows. The second floor has five arched windows. The roof, which now has two dormer windows, is slated and there are two large chimney stacks in the centre and at the down slope end.
