SX 56379 72584. Granite-built bridge over Yestor Brook along embankment DR+T_GWRP_170. The bridge has a rounded arched interior measuring c.3.8m in width and c.4m in maximum height. Sloped, coursed granite wing walls are attached to each corner of the bridge. Those on the upstream side extend c.7.75m to the southeast. The abutments on the downstream (northwest) side appear to extend for about the same distance. The abutments are capped with granite blocks. The capping on the southeast wing walls contain two 3cm holes, set 10cm apart, in their upper surfaces. There are no parapet remains above the c.1m of stone-coursed facing above the arch. Wooden fencing has been run along both sides of the highest/deepest portion of the embankment in recent years and this now takes the place of the missing parapet.
The bridge is in fair-good condition, albeit missing its parapet. There is much pointing missing from the underside of the arch, although this may be beneficial from a drainage point of view.
