Corbridge, J., 1737, Survey of the Manor of Bere Ferris (Cartographic). SDV354846.

A fish weir is shown on Corbridge's 18th century survey of the Manor of 'Beerferris' for Lord Hobart, located between two turf islands in the Tamar, on the south-east side of the loop of the river around the South Hooe peninsula.
