South West Heritage Trust, 1838-1848, Digitised Tithe Maps and Transcribed Apportionments (Cartographic). SDV359954.
A house is depicted on the circa 1840 Alverdiscott tithe map, northeast of Bulworthy Farm. The contemporary tithe apportionment names plot 102 as House.
