Badworthy Bridge spans the Badworthy Brook just before it joins the River Avon. It carries the road from Shipley to Aish which runs down the right bank of the Avon. It has no datestone and shows no signs of widening or alteration. It has never been a county bridge and cannot be dated clearly. It is unusual in being very low (the arch is only about 1 metre above the water) but very long and tunnel like, being about 7 metres long and running aslant the road whose width is about 5 metres. The arch span is about 2.5 metres and the arch is rounded being built of metamorphosed slate.
