Former toll house, now Turnpike Cottage. The main building, on the A3052, is thought to have been built in the 19th century for the Lyme Regis Turnpike Trust. It takes the form of a traditional Devon agricultural cottage with a hipped thatched roof. The old hooded porch is still extant in the angle of the side wall, the thatch extending to cover it.

Ordnance Survey, 2024, Mastermap 2024 (Cartographic). SDV365834.

Marked as Slade Cottage.
