Full description

Watts, S., Linhay at Symmond's Farm, Silverton (Ground Photograph). SDV365934.

Open fronted linhay facing onto the yard, the rear elevation alongside the lane. Built of stone and cob with some brick repair with timber posts at the front. The roof is tiled. The ground floor is now partly enclosed, the loft or tallet is still used for the storage of hay.
