Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
Mill building shown.

Park Mill (Corn) marked. Comparison with the Tithe Map suggests that the mill building has been extended to the west. Possibly it now had two internal waterwheels.

There is a fire insurance policy for Park Mill of 1792 which references the '…corn mill including the machinery therein and dwelling house adjoining, stone and thatched…'

No longer a corn mill. The leat is shown stopping short of the mill. Likewise the tailrace picks up at some distance from the building and is marked as a drain.
