Full description
Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance Survey 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.
South Wilborough marked, comprising the farmhouse with ranges of buildings to the north and south. The barn at the northern end has a horse engine house on the north side. To the south of the south range a well (W) is marked. A field linhay is also shown against the northern boundary of the field to the east of the farmstead.

A fine group of traditional farm buildings with a thatched 17th century farmhouse at their centre. The farmyard to the north of the farmhouse is dominated by a large bank barn which has a horse engine house behind. There are linhays on either side of the yard, the eastern one with a former carthorse stable at its southern end. To the south of this, east of the farmhouse, is another bank barn on the west side of which is a lean-to animal house. At the southern end of the yard below the farmhouse is another linhay. Between this and the bank barn is a small range of pigsties.
