Full description
Child, P., 1998, Uncle Tom's Cottage, Spreyton (Un-published). SDV366792.
The cottage is the western half of a pair of cottages, the western end of which abuts the pub which has a higher roof level. There is a two light window at ground floor level in the wall adjoining the pub. It is suggested that it was originally a gable end window in a single storey house, possibly 16th century or earlier in date.
