Jenkinson, T., 2012, B3217/UC/B3042 Barnstaple to Crediton via High Bickington, Labbetts Cross and Morchard Bishop (Un-published). SDV366881.

Site visit 8th August 2005. Finger post at Hansford Cross, on the grass verge at the T-junction on the north side of the road. A cast iron post with a pyramidal finial dating to the c.1930s. The arms point to Burrington/Bideford/Torrington/Ashreignney/Chumleigh and it is also inscribed with the location, Hansford Cross. The lettering is raised and painted black on a white background. There is now rusting on the post and arms.
