Vis=26/5/1953 (os) this mound has the appearance of a bronze age bowl barrow without a ditch.

Vis=22/6/1979 (mitchell) in poor condition. Scarred by motor cycle tracks ca 15m diam, 0.7m heig. No visible ditch.

Site situated near the top edge of a steep scarp associated with the alluvial tin industry. The mound was not located during the eh survey in 2004 as the area was under dense vegetation. A pronounced low rise was visible in the vegetation with a wide eroded track on the northern side (eh).
