Summary

A bank and ditch defined rectilinear enclosure of probable Iron Age to Roman date is visible as a cropmark of a ditch on aerial photographs of 1946 and subtle, probably plough spread earthworks of the bank and ditch on images derived from lidar of 2021, to the southeast of North Down Plantation, Bampton parish.
