Full description

Timms, S. C., 1981, Lydford Earthworks (Worksheet). SDV351943.

Two low banks or terraces were observed in field Ordnance Survey Number 0878 which lies within the town wall of Lydford. These earthworks are aligned on a north-east to south-west axis. They require further survey, as they were only seen from an adjacent hedge. Photo in Devon County Council's slide collection.
