Summary

Elmsleigh. Boundary stone. Vis=12/2/1978 (gallant). Embedded in hedge just outside house called elmsleigh, on boundary between parishes of abbotskerswell and kingskerswell. Front facing road and s side facing kingskerswell dressed fairly smooth but other sides left rough. No lettering.(worksheet). Measurements height 0.65m, width 0.19-0.20m. Thickness at least 0.27m at bottom decreasing to 0.17m at top.

Former parish boundary stone. Not located during the field survey stage of assessment although access into the field on the east side of the road was not possible. The stone was present at least as recently as 1985.
