Full description

Quinell, 1975, ST20NE 36 (Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division Card). SDV124958.

In 1975 as a result of ditching and hedging a quantity of fragments of imbrices and tegulae were discovered along the east side of a hedge. An incidence of possible wasters suggests that a tile kiln is in the vicinity. Small clay pits are in evidence in the area. No sherds or indications of habitation have been discovered to date.
