Full description

Skinner, E., 1906, Old Tiverton or Twyford, 382 (Article in Serial). SDV35572.

Two mills on the site of Tiverton are mentioned in Domesday, one of them probably in St. Andrews Street. There was a chapel and a court-house near it. The other was probably on the site of one at Elmore still in operation in 1906.
