Ivington Farm was the Home Farm of Bishop's Court and built by the Garratts in 1846. It is three bay, of brick with a hipped roof and a central open pediment on one side of a planned yard, which is well preserved. South-west of the house is a tall bank barn with two openings. The ground floor has three elliptical arches. In the centre of the group is a detached brick granary with circular upper windows.
