Full description

Reichel, O. J., 1898, The Domesday Hundreds of Devon, part 6. The Hundred of Witheridge, 417 (Article in Serial). SDV49633.

West Batsworthy. Reichel postulates this as being the site of the second Domesday manor called "Crawecombe", which was also held by Baldwin the Sheriff (the other is Creacombe Barton, SS81NW/11).
