Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.

Settlement at Milford depicted.

Milford marked, including a large courtyard arrangment of buildings at the south-west corner of the settlement with the remains of a chapel marked to the north.

The courtyard range of buildings is shown as ruinous. Several of the buildings marked on the Tithe Map and 1880s-1890s map at East Milford appear still extant. The chapel is marked, but not named as such.
