Full description

Reichel, O. J., 1928 - 1938, The Hundred of Black Torrington in Early Times, 195,238 (Article in Monograph). SDV2105.

Hardsworthy or Hermansworthy was Hermondesworda in Domesday. It was part of the Bishop of Coutances' holdings. It was held by Drogo. Before the conquest it was Alward's.
