Full description

Reichel, O. J., 1928 - 1938, The Hundred of Black Torrington in Early Times, 234,238 (Article in Monograph). SDV2105.

Dinworthy was Dunneworth in Domesday and belonged to Ralf de Pomeray. It is recorded in 1166 in the Black Book of the Exchequer, and in 1241 in the Testa de Nevil, when it was held by William Probus.
