Former toll house on the north side of the B3381. Originally built in 1839 and extended in 1974. A two storey, stone built, lodge type house under a slate roof with an angled front and projecting porch.

Early nineteenth century single storey five sided building with lancet windows.

A single storey building of grey rubble with ashlar quoins with door and window dressings, which have been recently extended and modified.

Early 19th century tollhouse. A single storey building which has been recently extended and modified (citing Kanefsy 1976, 29).
Site visit 20th August 1982. A plaque over the southern doorway states that it was built in 1839 and rebuilt in 1974. The 're-building' was evidently extension and restoration.

A fine sandstone tollhouse on the Starcross to Mamhead road, one mile from Starcross on the north-west corner of a crossroads with two minor roads cutting off the wide sweep the Dawlish road makes to Starcross. This tollhouse was in practically its original condition until recently but has now been extended and modified.

Former toll house at Vennbridge Gate. It is thought to have been built in 1839 for the Teignmouth and Dawlish Turnpike Trust. It takes the form of a two storey lodge house with an angular front with a projecting porch. Built of stone under a hipped slate roof. The house was extended to the rear in the late 20th century. A plaque on the front states that it was built in 1839 and rebuilt in 1974.
