Chalk, E. S., 1920 - 1921, Early brick buildings in Devon and Cornwall, 56 (Article in Serial). SDV44101.

Gay's Hotel, St. Peter's Street, Tiverton. An example of the early use of brick in Devon. Possibly built after the fire of 1731. Cornice has recently fallen.
