Summary
Site of Tealter Windmill. This may be the mill referred to in a lease of 1695. It stood till about 1817 when the materials were used to build fences. The base was still standing in the 1940s but nothing remains today. The field in which it stood is named as Windmill Field on the 19th century Tithe Apportionment.

This is possibly the site of the mill referred to in a lease of 1695. The walls of a windmill were reported to be still standing on a 'small estate called Tealter' circa 1817 when the materials were apparently taken to build fences. The site is called Windmill Field on the Tithe Apportionment.
