Windeatt, E., 1880, An Historical Sketch of Totnes, 168 (Article in Serial). SDV168929.
Slatswell. This well once stood near the Pillory in Totnes. It is mentioned in an entry in the Borough Muniments in 1450. No trace of it remains.
