Vis=5/10/1982 (timms). Stokehouse is a 380 acre farm in duchy of cornwall ownership. It has taken in land from several former farms in vicinity. Farmhouse is rendered cob and stone two-storey building on ne-sw axis. Converted into two cottages in the past but now being restored/improved as farmhouse. Ground floor is three-room cross-passage plan with stud and panel screen and wattle and daub partition. Floors have been lowered and roof heightened. Outbuildings to east and south appear to be modern.
