Full description
Bodman, M., 2003, Watermills and Other Water-Powered Sites in Devon, 174 (Report - Interim). SDV325576.
Described in a sales notice of 1796 as 'a newly erected brick dwelling-house' adjoining the Ottery grist and flour mills which were also newly built.
