Collacott, C. T., 1950 - 1951, Ridge and Furrow in Devon and Cornwall, 132 (Article in Serial). SDV342529.

Ridge and furrow has been noted on a moor at Holyrood Farm. The area has not been ploughed within living memory, though oral tradition says that ploughing took place during the Napoleonic wars. It is about 2 metres wide and it has been suggested that this technique of ploughing improved drainage.
