Sub-circular structure on south side of field boundary to the north-west of Standon Farmstead. It may be a Prehistoric hut circle later adapted for use as an animal enclosure. Not seen in 1998 due to vegetation cover.

Site visited on 5th January 1982. Small granite structure measuring circa 4 etres by 3 metres on the east side of gateway and attached to a field wall.

(02/09/1998) The two granite structures noted in the SMR at SX54398138 and SX54428157 were not located in dense bracken but they are probably pens or fodder stores.

Structure d): On south side of hedge at SX5443681574 is a sub-circular feature of 4 metres internal diameter surrounded by a stone bank. There is a possible gap 0.9 metres wide on the west side. IT IS POSSIBLY A Prehistoric hut circle which was later adapted to be an animal enclosure
