4, Litchdon Street, Barnstaple (now demolished). In 1959 the house was derelict and in plan consisted of a range lying parallel to the street with a short wing projecting from one end at the back. The wing retained 1.5 bays of a 15th century arch-braced roof and some 17th century plasterwork remained in an upper room. The main range had plaster ceiling of circa 1750 on ground floor, the stairs were also of same period. There was also an 18th century ceiling upstairs. The first floor had an ornamental plasterwork fireplace dated circa 1620.
