Full description

Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division, 1982, SX78NE34 (Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division Card). SDV295818.

Site visit 16th February 1982. One of four cairns (a) on Mardon Down. 4.0 metres diameter, 0.3 metres high, grass and bracken covered. In an area of moorland which has undergone probable medieval clearance. Possibly a clearance cairn.
