Des=greeves, t. /middle merripit survey drawing/(-/2/1983) in parish file. Area of very broad ridge and furrow. Of medieval/post-medieval date (greeves).

Des=brewer, d. /letter(7/12/1988)in parish file. Vis=-/12/1988 (brewer) this may date from napoleonic period. Possibly relates to potato planting for starch production by some people called hullett (brewer).
