67 Wolborough Street. House. Early 19th century refronting of earlier house. Painted stucco, incised to the ground floor, steeply-pitched slate roof with a gabled dormer and stack to the rear. Double-depth plan with a rear left wing. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attic; one-window range. 19th century two-light casement windows with 3 panes to each leaf; to the right is a 20th century six-panel door glazed to the top under a cornice on simple consoles. INTERIOR: not inspected. Date listed: 6th June 1972.
