Department of Environment, Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV327458.

Xvith century. Rubble and cob with thatched roof and brick and rubble stacks, one lateral. Two storeys. Plank and muntin panelling and pointed wood doorway. Cased ceiling beams (doe).

Short curved feet cruck recorded (alcock, citing c. Hulland).

Huxtables farmhouse, early 16th century, remodelled in late 16th century and again in early 17th century. Unrendered stone rubble. Concrete tiled roof with gable ends. Axial stone rubble stack and brick stack at right end. A 3-room and cross passage plan, former open hall house, the hall stack unusually sited away from the cross passage. Two staircases. Two storeys. Three window range. Casements. Low plank and muntin screen. Brick lined oven. Cambered brick arch to fireplace with another brick-lined oven.
