Full description
Griffiths, D. M., 1983, Untitled Source (Site Visit). SDV292957.
Clayworks at Bradley. Although overgrown, these clayworks are of recent 20C origin with spoil heaps and pits which are now ponds remaining. In the field at NGR SX83177767 are the remains of a shaft.

Spoil heaps & pits are visible at the site of 'Little Bradley Clay Works'. The tramway & shaft shown on modern maps were not visible by Exeter Archaeology in 2002. A circular flat-topped mound 2.5m diameter x 0.7m high at SX83147768 may be relatated to the workings.
