'Hanger Corn Mill' shown on Ordnance Survey 25 inch (1880s- 1890s) map as two large irregular shaped buildings with a leat to the north.

Hangar Mill. 18th century or earlier. Mill with rebuilding in 1841, together with millhouse, forms an I on plan, formerly three storeys, stone, large cogged inner wheel damaged, and outer wheel remain.
