Middle Cliston. Jointed cruck recorded.


Department of Environment, 1987, Sampford Courtenay (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV320179.

House, formerly farmhouse. Early 17C with 20C alterations rendered cob walls. Thatch roof replaced with slates, gabled to right hand range, hipped to left hand wing. Three brick stacks (one truncated), one axial to left hand wing, one at gable end of right hand range and one set in from the eaves at the rear of the left hand wing.
