Lee Downs No. 1. In the field adjacent to Iron House Farm (North Cliff House on 6 inch Ordnance Survey map). The cliff-road from Ilfracombe to Lee village passes the stone in a deep gully so it cannot be seen from the lane. Of white vein-quartz. Seems to be in its original site. Other stones nearby.

White vein-quartz stone. Stands 4 feet high by 5 feet wide by 5 feet thick. In field adjacent to North Cliff House (Silvercove on 1967 6 inch Ordnance Survey map). An outstanding object on the hillside when seen from a distance. Its position seems original.
