Summary
Rill farmhouse, colston road. Late c18/early c19 house with circa c18 crosswing. Stone rubble with slate roofs the main house has hipped roof with coved eaves, 2 storeys and attic, 4 bays, sash windows with glazing bars, ground floor tripartite sashes, central fielded panel door and segmental fanlight. Two hipped dormers, and gabled attic at rear flanked by external chimney stacks. The crosswing to the west is 2 storeys (doe).
