Full description
Department of Environment, 1983, Newton Abbot, 26 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV298253.
Barn 30 meters to the southeast of Houghton. 18th century or earlier. Two storeys cob. Hipped roof now covered with corrugated iron but probably once thatched. Included for group value.
